✨ Some Good News You Might Have Missed Last Week  (8 to 14 Sept 2025) ✨

•⁠  ⁠1️⃣ Schools and colleges are becoming safer with thousands of pupils learning in classrooms that are free from the dangerous RAAC concrete. 🏫

•⁠  ⁠2️⃣ Over 5 million more NHS appointments have been delivered since July 2024, beating the original target of 2 million. 🩻

•⁠  ⁠3️⃣  Regions across the UK (Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, including South Yorkshire and Plymouth in England) will get extra funding to create more jobs and business opportunities in their local defence industries. 🎊

•⁠  ⁠4️⃣ For the first time, a new law will be introduced to protect two-thirds of the world’s ocean. Safeguarding marine life and supporting the UK’s food supply. 🐟

•⁠  ⁠5️⃣ New figures show nearly £50 million taken from criminals was returned to victims. That’s a 165% jump from last year and the highest in over 5 years. 💷
