Over 170 hospices across England receiving £75 million in funding for major upgrades, including separate family rooms, specially adapted beds, and communal lounges.
2️⃣ Revamping High Streets ☕️
Slashing the red tape on planning and licensing rules will make it easier for small businesses to open new cafes, bars, music spots, serve more customers and revive our local high streets.
3️⃣ Rooftop Solar Panels on New Builds ☀️
All new-build homes will come with solar panels as standard, helping households across the UK to save more money on energy bills.
4️⃣ More Ways to Save on Energy Bills 💷
New plans will give households and businesses more ways to lower bills, by supporting consumers to take advantage of off-peak, lower electricity prices with flexible tariffs and smart technology.
5️⃣ Thousands of Trees Planted in the Peak District 🌳
Over 84,000 native trees have planted across the Peak District Dales, meaning cleaner air, protecting wildlife, and improved green spaces for current and future generations to enjoy.
